Community-Aligned Businesses
This page highlights businesses identified by community members as aligned with community care and shared values. Listings are based only on publicly shared practices, policies, or commitments that businesses have chosen to make visible themselves. This is not an exhaustive list and many immigrant-owned or immigrant-staffed businesses intentionally avoid public statements or signage to reduce the risk of being targeted, while still contributing to and supporting their communities in meaningful ways.
This page relies on community submissions to stay accurate and useful. If you know of a business that should be included, please submit it. Keeping this information current helps people make informed choices about where to spend their money and how to support businesses whose values align with their own. In general, supporting local and minority-run businesses is one of the most effective ways to practice community care, whether or not a business appears on this list.
