MIBF posts immigration bonds for residents of Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Kentucky (or individuals who intend to live in one of these states upon release) regardless of where they are detained. MIBF also posts bonds for people detained by ICE in facilities in IN, WI, MN, and KY regardless of their residency. Beyond that, they “do not have any eligibility requirements.”
