Monarca

Monarca is rapid response network that trains community members to be “upstanders” and legal observers during federal immigration enforcement actions (like ICE raids) to document activities and support affected immigrant communities, aiming to prevent people from being taken without due process and build community power. It’s an initiative of the larger Unidos Minnesota non-profit, providing trainings, resources, and a hotline to create a visible, organized community presence against what they see as cruel enforcement tactics.
