North Metro Community Connections can provide weekly grocery delivery, pet care, laundry services, transportation, clothing, other supplies, housing/rent support, connect you to resources, and mental, physical, and dental help. For people impacted by ICE, in the North and Northwest Metro Twin Cities area.
A nonprofit organization providing free meals, groceries, clothing, bus tokens, and essential supplies to people experiencing poverty or homelessness. Services are offered daily with no cost or eligibility requirements, focusing on meeting immediate needs with dignity and respect.
Their primary bodies of work include grassroots food justice organizing through their flagship program, Plant-Grow-Share (PGS), and anti-racist organizing through the South Central Minneapolis Antiracism Collective (SMAC). They partner with HOME Line to bring tenant organizing to the Central, Bryant, Powderhorn, and Bancroft neighborhoods—and beyond.
